These seems like a good value at $220 with auto and sapphire glass. Also has a see through back which I like. Anyone have any info on the movement? Couldn't find it searching the web and no info on their site.

I believe the Swissmatic is a modified 2824. Some metal parts are replaced with some lighter plastics for the longer reserve time.

From Hodinkee: it's a new take on the movement developed by the Swatch Group for the Sistem 51, the completely machine-made automatic watch that can be had for $150. This one has a few more metal components, including the full metal winding rotor, and the power reserve is a little longer at three days. According to Tissot, this new caliber is exclusive to them.

Thank you. Good info. I'm finding it annoying that some of these cheaper autos have longer power reserves than my Armand Nicolet which I paid a lot more for lol.

The black-bezel variant looks alright, but otherwise this is a really bland watch design, in my opinion.

Looks like jomashop also has it for 225$. Also saw a pop-up about 10$ off on 50$+ orders.

Edit: it's only for the silver dial leather model.
