Is expensive if you are looking at it from viewpoint of Lego pieces. I really don't think my grandsons play with the builds all that much after the holidays. For our family it is much more because of the tradition of enjoying opening a small gift in a countdown to Christmas. These combine that tradition with something they really enjoy. I think I am paying more for the experience of that countdown.
It's worth storing. Legos never seem to depreciate.
I looked 3 up at Lego site and all 3 listed as new. SW, HP and city are the ones I looked up

Hard to tell if it's too early to buy the HP advent calendar. Could definitely see a drop to the low $20s or even a $19.97 like Walmart eventually dropped it to

Thanks. An annual tradition for 3 grandsons. Now if they only wouldn't fight over who gets Star Wars vs Harry Potter vs City that would be nice.

Hard to tell is right. This year has been so strange you can not predict production or demand based on past.
