Seems like the Ebay Tracfone Moto E5 +1 year plan 1500min/1500txt/1500mb data deal is back. The bundle costs $40 together, so you basically get the phone free since the 1 year plan itself costs at least $40 even when it is on sale.
This deal is great for people who have Wifi access most of the time and don't use their phones much.
Phone is locked to Tracfone and 12 months of service is required to unlock the phone.

When you set up this phone, bring your existing number
Verify your minutes and days of service through Tracfone chat and save it
Wait 48Hrs and then transfer to a Tracfone Bring your own phone sim.
This works best if you stay with the same provider (ATT, Verizon, etc)
Their plan is mainly for people with low phone usage. For many people, 1.5GB of data probably won't even last for a month.
tbh, to decide whether it is a deal for you or not, you will have to compare your phone usage and how much you are paying now. For me, I mostly work from home nowadays due to the pandemic, and I only used ~70mb of data last month. I make calls using google voice when I am at home and I have the calls forward to my cell number when I am outside. So, with my phone usage, 1500/1500/1500 is more than enough for a year.
