Was just at my doctors office for my restless legs this morning. He told me to start taking D3 and Magnesium Oxide. I came on here to see if any new deals and bingo!

D3 is fat soluble and should be taken with food containing some fat.

It's interesting to see this considering that I am never able to take magnesium without it completely knocking me out, and even making me feel hungover for days on end. Never knew it was asleep aid, but I get it!

This is an absolutely horrendous deal

You should be able to get 200 magnesium tablets of comparable dosage for around 6-7$ non sale price. And vitamin D supplements are borderline free.

Heck ZMA products (zinc and magnesium and vitamin b) also tend to be a much better bang for your buck.

Not a good deal

You don't need magnesium just because you have leg cramps or insomnia. There may be so many underlying conditions and reasons. Normally you can lack Vitamin D, but magnesium not so often. Stop putting too much magnesium in your body.

There are different kinds of Magnesium. There is Oxide, Citrate, glycinate etc. the Glycinate are more expensive. It doesn't cause diarrhea like the other kinds. I take it for my irregular heart beat.

according to their description, it is chelated...but i don't really trust chelated minerals other than Albion Labs...as all chelates aren't the same (proper chelation process, fully-reacted). cheap chelates use air drying and/or dry mixing of minerals and ligands (in this case glycine and malic acid) that results in incomplete/unreacted chelation. i rather go with a reputable brand that utilizes albion labs chelated minerals

doctor's best is a good budget brand that does an excellent job of utilizing patented ingredients (that are generally better in terms of efficacy/bioavailability, purity), but some people may have issues with them being acquired by a chinese firm.
