FWIW same price since at least 8/24 when I bought it. Does install very easily - it was way harder for me to actually remove the old faucet than install this one. No magnetic catch on pull down handle and some plastic parts make it feel worth about $70 but I'm pleased so far.
The flow kitchen faucet I have is a different model, but it's hard to adjust the handle for a small amount of water. It's mostly off or full on. Wonder if this is better. Or if it's adjustable?
I bought the FLOW with motion sensor maybe a year ago (I believe for $99) - it is a GREAT feature to have - I would repurchase another with this feature on a replacement. The battery still works.
The plastic parts feel flimsy, but with regular use it did not affect functionality at all. I just get reminded it is plastic whenever I hit it on a metal pot while washing.
