These are 10 mg tablets, same as adult Zyrtec tablets. Cost of this deal is about 18 cents per tablet.

Costco currently has 365 Zyrtec generic tablets on sale for $10.99 [costco.com] with FS - or about 3 cents per tablet.

The Costco ones aren't dissolving tablets, which makes a difference especially in kids who don't know how to swallow medicine yet.

careful if you're allergic to SUCRALOSE. Even though it's an allergy remedy, sucralose can still acerbate any reaction.

The problem is Amazon always have grocery items that expire less than a month away. Would this be part of that category? I've never purchased medicine from them before.

Great price, bought a bunch for next allergy season. Don't worry about expiration, I looked it up and expiration is usually set for 2 and a half years after manufacturing, and still safe to use even after that.
