Regularly it is $40/month. I can't find anything specifically on this promo but their promos are usually for the first month.

It says first month is $10 with Labor Day sale. Fine print says $15 for lowest and works it's way up in price.
Annual plans with discounted rates (though not for *this* $10 plan) are available from RedPocket's eBay store. That part is kind of odd, but if you purchase a renewal that way then the activation code is emailed quickly.
