Says max CFM 5204 just in case anyone's wondering. Either way too rich for my blood.
A $80 Hampton Bay 52inch moves 4386 CFM on high.
You gotta compare to a Hampton bay fan that has Wi-Fi control at least, those will run you around 200, but then you have to deal with a plugged in hub rather than this all in one solution. Personally, this is still a little too much for me, I ended up getting fans from modern forms (they range 250-500 depending on size model) which are also all in one WiFi fans
Just wanted to add a few thoughts about this deal I posted. This is, obviously, very expensive for a ceiling fan. I got one three years ago for $450 from Ebay and it is a very high-quality, well-designed product. I'm happy enough that I just ordered another one for my kids' bedroom.
The mounting process is somewhat different that what you might expect if you've installed other ceiling fans, but the instructions are easy to follow. It's not any harder to install compared to a regular fan, just different, so don't expect to just toss it up there without reading the instructions.
This fan includes an LED light which is bright enough for a bedroom. It's not super bright, just bright enough, and since the light is integrated, there's no way to replace it with a brighter one, should you want that. I can't see where you would order a replacement light if it was to burn out but I assume the manufacturer would send you one if you asked.
This fan moves a good amount of air, and, other than the air movement, it's silent.
You'll see mentions of integration with Alexa/Google but that requires an additional module which is installed in place of the wall switch, that costs $50.

Thanks for the heads up about Modern Forms, I had never heard of them. Do you get them from Amazon? Some of the models have bad reviews. Do you recommend a particular model for someone who wants a light?

You can get them on amazon, personally I have the Mykonos and flush mount axis 52. Biggest determining factor for the fans I got was smart home integration, app quality, and stability of connection. Haiku and modern forms were the highest ranking in those qualities. Haiku definitely has the higher quality materials (some models being made of aluminum rather than plastic). The lowest quality fans are made with particle board or compressed cardboard fins which will sag very quickly in humid locations.
