This is only a good deal if their governor pulls his head out of the sand and opens up the islands for quarantine free travel. Add in the cost of a COVID19 test for each traveler, as that will likely be a requirement. Good luck, I'm not optimistic enough to try this, and frankly am considering whether I return in the next 5 years.

It sounds like that's all that you can serve. Good luck with your economy. It must hurt, knowing this was all for an overhyped virus.
