Saw a few of these left. Fitbit Inspire HR color black. It seems like it's the only store in the area. My brickseek says out of stock but clearly there are some. The white Inspire HR is $28 and there were two of those as well.

It said 4-5 available at my local Walmart for $63. I was looking at them for $100 to purchase so I went to the store and bought one. I wasn't sure if brick seek actually works because I haven't had any luck with it but I'm leaving this comment here to let you know that it does. Thanks OP!

One of my stores said 6+ in stock for 26.60. I hustled over and they had one black Inspire HR marked 79 but it scanned at 26.60. Thanks, OP - I've been experimenting with some cheaper wearables that don't track my steps as reliably so I'm very happy to have a fitbit again!
