Note I can't speak at all to the quality of this brand, and the reviews seem a bit fishy. That being said I've ordered a number of hammocks like this and they've all at least been acceptable, although the mosquito netting on cheap ones tends to be fragile in my experience (that's why I'm ordering new ones--we tore the mosquito netting on one of our hammocks camping this weekend). Actually my favorite hammock (it's a very cool, pleasing fabric compared to my others) is one I got off Slickdeals with nice hammock straps for like $8, but those deals don't come along frequently.

Was thinking of going for this one to just put in balcony next summer, for 1 adult. Should I rather go for a 2p?

For a balcony it could be good actually. The length is shorter than a double hammock and the hanging system isnt as important because it would be a one and done thing. However the size may be too small for you.
