My wife bought the Star Wars one at Costco this week. I think it was $27, so you might want to check there if you've got one. She said they also had that Harry Potter one for the same price. They had Lego City too, but she thinks it was more than $20.

Just bought City at Costco (Columbus, Ohio) last night for $23. Star Wars and Harry Potter were $30.
Now is my time worth the $3 to return it and risk a damaged shipping box? Choices...

Definitely not. The only time I've ever seen them cheaper than this sale is the extremely rare occasion when you see one on clearance in January.
