If you get tired of seeing the "Time and Weather is running" notification:
Go to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> See all apps -> 3 dots menu -> Show system -> Time and Weather -> Notifications -> uncheck "Time and Weather" only
The time/weather widget still functions properly but the stupid notification goes away.

Screen Broken on one.
Both Did have the IMEI Under the Battery. I Did intentionally send them both with Drained batteries... IF they wanted to Power up etc they would have charged them. Did this to test the intake process.
From what I experienced they may not have even looked at the phones when recycling them.
