If you get tired of seeing the "Time and Weather is running" notification:
Go to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> See all apps -> 3 dots menu -> Show system -> Time and Weather -> Notifications -> uncheck "Time and Weather" only
The time/weather widget still functions properly but the stupid notification goes away.

Of course they can charge you back for full price, if you don't do port-in or don't send any phone back.
If you go to a small court, you will definitely lose because visible can show you the full terms which require port-in and sending back old phone.
In the past, swap didn't require port-in but visible fixed this loophole by specifically adding port-in requirement to prevent abuse of the swap program.
You can still port-in when you activate even if you chose a new number when placing the order.
Visible can charge you back full price if you don't fulfill the swap requirements: port-in and send back old phone.
Just like Google Fi moto G Power for $99 deal, you pay $99 when you place the order but if you don't keep the service for 60 days, Google Fi will charge back for full price.
In addition: visible removes the android phone requirement. In the past, the terms asked to return old android phone but visible didn't care about whether the old phone is android or flip phone. Now visible even removes this requirement.
I have compared it to my motorola g6 from 2018 and it seems to run more smoothly, maybe because they strip out a few of the motorola features from it (like face unlock). Overall seems like an efficient phone, not enough bloat to really drag it down.

Able to place order with new number. Didn't notice that need to port.
Contacted chat agent explained everything that system allowed me to place order with new number. Agent said will verify from back end make sure you wont be charged full price. Got email from support with confirmation. Will keep email incase it's required.
