If you get tired of seeing the "Time and Weather is running" notification:
Go to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> See all apps -> 3 dots menu -> Show system -> Time and Weather -> Notifications -> uncheck "Time and Weather" only
The time/weather widget still functions properly but the stupid notification goes away.

Decent budget phone though for something that works on Verizon TMO and Att without issues, like a backup phone. Has band 71 for tmobile and the antenna reception is above average for me.
It also has a micro sd card slot to expand storage which are fairly cheap to come by.
