Note: although it said you need to port in, I was able to checkout by getting a new #. So probably no need to port.

I learned from SD to get a Sim from ebay to port out from Sprint. I think it will serve the same purpose.
Go to eBay and search at&t phone port (2.49 + tax, I used empiremobi)
phone, account and pin numbers emailed to you

From other threads, there's something about this e6 that is different than others.

older $20 thread for information purposes

uhhh yeah? I think the $25 price point reflects that and no where was it mentioned that this was actually free free. You still have to trade in and also purchase 1 month of service

Why whats wrong with the v20? Cant you replace LG v20 battery or install lineage OS on it?
Well the battery can be replaced ofcourse. But it does get those screen burn in shadows. I'm not familiar with the PS you're referring to but if that will help get rid of the screen shadows then I'll keep it.

Hope they sent out the correct phone this time. Last time they offered the e6 free with trade in and new number. I got one for my mum it was model xt2005-5 which is the us cellular variant. She had tons of issues with very slow speeds are or call quality. She had me then if the service after 3 weeks she's just didn't want the worry of not knowing whether it would work. During one call with visible help the lady on the phone kept blaming poor reception on nearby lakes, mum's house is 2h from the nearest one but THAT rep just kept on insisting that's what our problem was.

I mean I have several old phones. Are there any restrictions on how old or what type of phone it is? I also have an old huawei that's stuck in bootloop.

Apart from the 2GB, has anyone used this e6 and a Samsung galaxy a10e 32gb? Which would you recommend? I want it as a primary phone for an older relative, it's the reason 2GB ram doesn't matter. Thanks

The e6 might be frustrating for an older user. It's not as responsive as most budget phones.

Your behavior is technically fraud, not a FACT. Big difference between "they will charge you" and "they can't charge you". Being not able to charge you successfully doesn't change the FACT that you violated the promotion terms which ask you to port-in. If visible is serious on this, they can charge you even if you use virtual CC, such as sending to collections, or reporting fraud. Visible CAN track back to you even through virtual CC or your name and address, if they really want to.
You can kill a person in the US and move to another country so that the US police can not catch you. Good call.
The US police not being able to catch you doesn't change the FACT that you committed a crime.
This is very true. At the very least, they will go after you certainly for $149 - collections is certain to come after you and you will get a record on your credit report. I have been collected for only $25 in the past by other companies. They may outsource their collections so it may be sent automatically with minimal a/r human involvement.

Note that you can run the E6 without the battery if it's plugged in. So no need to burn these batteries for a hotspot either. What app are you using? I'm pdaNet+
Does the battery need to be in to boot?

Lol. You guys need to pray that visible is not as greedy as newspaper companies who send to 3rd party collections for $10 due to nonpayment of auto-renewal of one month of weekly newspapers.

Visible has the rights to charge you for full price if you don't meet all the requirements, but visible may be kind enough to just let it go and not charge you. Who knows that right now. It is all at the discretion of visible.
