If you get tired of seeing the "Time and Weather is running" notification:
Go to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> See all apps -> 3 dots menu -> Show system -> Time and Weather -> Notifications -> uncheck "Time and Weather" only
The time/weather widget still functions properly but the stupid notification goes away.

You can kill a person in the US and move to another country so that the US police can not catch you. Good call.
The US police not being able to catch you doesn't change the FACT that you committed a crime.
Visible has the rights to charge you for full price if you don't meet all the requirements, but visible may be kind enough to just let it go and not charge you. Who knows that right now. It is all at the discretion of visible.
