If you get tired of seeing the "Time and Weather is running" notification:
Go to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> See all apps -> 3 dots menu -> Show system -> Time and Weather -> Notifications -> uncheck "Time and Weather" only
The time/weather widget still functions properly but the stupid notification goes away.

This is because without the proper provisioning process that Visible goes through normally, there is some sort of flag that isn't getting set that says what your device is capable of receiving, so it defaults into a failsafe mode on the network end and compresses the crap out of all pictures. This is a well [reddit.com] known [reddit.com] issue [reddit.com] with manual APN configs, and it does not matter how many APNs you input.
If you don't have the issue, that's great, but I had a Note 9 on Visible, and I am just saying I had that exact problem.
