Isn't that just a rope tied in knots? Seems like it would be a lot cheaper to go to Home Depot and make your own.

Let's see:
Get in car and drive to home depot
Try to find someone to cut you a piece of 18 inch piece 1 inch rope for 2.09
Wait in line to pay
Get in car and drive home
Sit at home and make 3 knots in rope

Yeah, I guess it's not worth it..

For $10 and 10 minutes, I can have a lifetime supply of this dog toy.

My money is betting you can't tie your shoes let alone a dog toy... 😁

Do you really think this is just normal rope? You honestly have never seen or owned one of these? The entire consistency of these is nothing like you'd find at Home Depot. (Probably why my dog chews on these but has never chewed on my rope?)
I don't know if it's the lock down, the election or what but either the number of 6th grade posters has gone way up or I'm just over reading through BS posts on here

This got me thinking, so after a quick bit of research: the preferred rope material is cotton or, better yet, hemp, for digestibility. Those are expensive materials, easily over $2 / ft for thicker (1.5 - 2 inch diameter) ropes. Nylon (which this is) is a no-no, as small pieces don't digest and can be stiff, irritating the digestive system. So, while I won't be buying this rope now, I may go hunt down some nice hemp and tie the ends off with Matthew Walker knots (also recommended).

Aaah, THAT'S why I got it. Funny because I also happened to be talking about dog toys when the alert came in and I thought my phone was listening. But no, I too need a grill.
