Got it shipped last time, handle arrive damaged and bent. They ship these things in a plastic bag with handles sticking out. But looks like I have to ship the damaged one back? Does anyone know if they pay for the shipping back, and Will UPS or whatever pick it up for free from me? I didn't want to click on the final return form unless I know, and they don't bother to tell you elsewhere. (Not sure if I want a replacement either}

Call/chat with customer service. You shouldn't have to pay for return shipping on a damaged item...

I believe that you can click the final return button and cancel it if it makes you pay. I did that for a return when it tried to make me pay for a UPS label, then reinitiated the return using drop off for free

Is that a Scotch-Brite pad on the front of it? That would work great on my tile, there's always some tough spots that need to be scrubbed.

same thing happened to me. i was able to return it at a staples store.
