The sunblock mostly stays white on the skin and doesn't absorb like regular sunblock does. The "Clear" reference in the product title does not mean that it dries completely clear like how their new 2020 Clear sublock dried. Or like any other sunblock.

Zinc isn't the only ingredient.

Zinc is great for the face/neck/shoulders because it hardly needs to be reapplied at all. The weak spray types are all but useless in comparison. You just have to really rub these in. We use both for convenience, but this stuff is amazing

Even though the advertising focuses on Zinc, it also contains octinoxate and octisalate.

I live in Florida. Don't tell me what's useless.

It's not super clear from the product page, but this appears to be a combination of chemical and physical sunscreen. If you're looking for a pure zinc or physical barrier this isn't it.

Non-tinted automobile windows don't really block UVA rays, so if you drive a lot during the day and don't want to age your skin, then this should do the trick
