I know that this price is not a discount, but after weeks of backorder/no stock across many vendors, Best Buy has this Thrustmaster HOTAS joystick back in stock at MSRP for $79.99, perfect for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (which is partly causing the joystick shortage). Shipping is free but local sales tax will apply.
Brand new joysticks are pretty much sold out/unavailable everywhere else right now, except for marked up ones on eBay or 3rd party sellers.

Got mines for $32 two years ago at Bestbuy when it was on sale. Its a good flight joystick.
I did fail to notice at first that you have to actually screw the two pieces together - the throttle and stick come separate but have an allen wrench on the bottom that will allow you to screw them together if you don't need to mount them separately for any reason.
