Target has the Graco 4ever DLX 4-in-1 Convertible Car Seat for $191.99 when you use the 20% coupon for recycling a car seat on top of the already discounted $239.99 price. Follow these instructions:
1. Scan the barcode at this URL with the scanner on the discover tab of your target app: https://imgur.com/a/QBg08Jl
2. Go to your wallet in the target app and add the offer to your offers.
3. Go to the product page and add the color of your choice to your cart.
4. Total in your cart should reflect $191.99 Plus tax.

Edit: It's the latter FYI for those who are receiving the error message. It took about 15 minutes before showing up in my Wallet. Thanks Human-Sloth & OP!
Not sure if it needs multiple scan attempts. I scanned and got the error. Tried again hoping it might work and still same error. I gave up. About 15 mins later when I relaunched the app for some other shopping, noticed the offer within wallet but it needed me to click save to wallet.
