I have 3 Anywhere Mice; and still use of of them.
My new laptop has no problem with this mouse in BLE mode. It's great. I find it very convenient pressing the button on the bottom allow it to work with my work laptop's Logitech receiver, so I don't have to bring my work laptop home. The only thing I don't like is that there's no place inside to store the dongle

Are you sure? I think the button next to the wheel is the middle key.
Yes, that's a workaround, but it's just a pain when every other mouse works a certain way, at this one doesn't.
Also you lose the benefit of having an extra button if you have to reassign it to fulfill the basic expected functionality.
You can remap the buttons; I reconfigured the DPI button in the middle to be middle-click.
However, my mouse started to give me connection issues and i tried using the usb connector from another mouse and it still gives me connection issues. I have to turn off the device and turn on again multiple times to get it work. So i just gave up on it. Maybe it's just my device.
He's right--by default that button does something different, but you can remap it. Probably one of the only downsides to this mouse as a mobile-ish device. Middle wheel also has tilt-click.
