Alternatively, just learn how to tie a 'taut-line hitch' knot. It'll save you $7.48 per line. There's plenty of google and youtube resources. I google it everytime I have to make one (once or twice a year). I made a couple last year to run some horizontal rope to hang plants off of, still hanging without issue. As Maui would say, 'You're Welcome!' Sorry, I have a 2 yr old currently obsessed with Moana...
Good price, good brand

love the disclaimer
WARNING: not for use where disengagement could result in bodily injury or property damage
don't hang anything you value with this. or hang anything above anything you value. Got it.

I bought another product from this company once (carabiner keychain thing) and it always had issues with it unclipping. Finally one day part of the thing just fell off and I lost all my store reward keychain cards while on a trip. So, I wouldn't trust this company for anything important.

It works well, though I am sure I paid a lot less years ago.

I love these and have at least 20 of different sizes. I use them all of the time for tying down stuff in my truck.

Kind of like the little Surgeon General's statement on the side of a pack of cigarettes...

Taut Line is a great knot: ABOK 1856.

Right next to ABOK 1855 (Midshipman's Knot) and my favorite of the three:
Magnus Hitch: ABOK 1857.

Can't find the other two, but here is midshipman's animated:

Another good taut hitch (but no awning hitch, meaning you have to keep load taut until knot is fully completed)

I've had the opposite experience. I've used their keychains for many years with no issue.

I used to use the taut line hitch a lot until I found the adjustable grip hitch. Way more stable in my experience. https://www.animatedknots.com/adj...hitch-knot. But as much as I love knots, if I were dealing with anyone else I didn't trust to maintain the knot, I'd go with a camjam every time. They are pretty idiot proof.

Knots 3D.

This app seems to be free at least once per year.
Only $5 now so it's still cheaper than one of these.

I'm conflicted about OP.
On one hand I assume it's a sponsored post, but on the other hand I wouldn't have been exposed to animatedknotts.com..! LOL
