*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

The 14 day is the buyer's remorse period. Not sure if it's 45 days (or longer) but TMO Exec office said that I could still add an EIP new line phone deal (it was around 45 days at that time) to my account if the phone deal was active the date I added the line, AND the phone deal promo was still active.

EDIT: they offered me the new line phone deal on August 13th, on lines I set up on June 25 and June 28. Not sure which, but the June 25 would put it past 45 days. I'm sure it's not an omission on their part, as they reached out to me regarding it.
Thanks for the info, ND. Very much appreciate it. Thank you.

Maybe a dumb question, can I use the SIM from the free line in my cellular iPad? T-Mobile store associate told me no because iPad needs a data only SIM, that doesn't seem to make sense as the added line has data. I already tried and there is signal, and my account shows the iPad associated with this line, but is T-Mobile going to do anything if I use the SIM this way?
I'm using the free line on my cellular lg tablet. Able get LTE data plus able to send and receive text without issues. It's been a week and still functions properly. Looking on my acct the lg tablet is associated with the new line. If Tmobile does anything to the new line they have not as of today. Will update if something happens.

I can't see my label anymore. It closes out once the trade is done.

Yes, but you will lose the $250 BYOD on that line, but worth it.

Just a FYI:

I'm on 55+ with three lines. When this promo started, I got a text from TMo saying I was eligible for a free line.

I signed up for the 4th line, but didn't believe I'd get it (no indication of free after I signed up). But I checked my bill today and, yup, 4th line free. And since my plan is tax included in price, not even any new taxes.

Pretty sweet.

The total value of the offer was up to $1000. Now that the iPhone 11 Pro Max has dropped to $999, you can get that.

It's been a month, have anyone look at their paper bill?
Is your "2020 Line on Us 2" attached to the account or to the line?

Somehow "2020 Line on Us 2" is attached to the new line

While "2020 line on us" (july/August) is attached to the account

Can anyone verify? Thanks

I wonder if any possible way to get it attach to the account instead???

I was paying $90 for three lines. Now I'm paying $90 for four lines. The nice thing is that these are tax-included. So $90 is what I actually pay.
