This one has the exos x16 drive in them. I purchased two for my synology nas last week and price just dropped $25. the drive is really fast (~250MBs for a single drive) not that loud either.
Shucking it is not that hard either. Some of the clips will break. It took less than 10 min to shuck and it was my first time.
