Direct Tools Factory Outlet has Ryobi ONE+ P317 18-Volt 3/8" Compression Drive Crown Stapler (Tool Only, Factory Blemished) on sale for $49.99. Shipping is $7 or select free store pickup where available. Thanks danlicata
I've got this. I bought it specifically for a single use, but have used it many times since. If you have to do a lot of staples above your head (I did for installing insulation in a ceiling from below) it is a arm saver for sure. Have used it several times since and really like it.
Great little tool! Put up 2000 staples on a large chicken coop on a single w/ 1.5 amp hr battery. Depth gauge works good and didn't jam once.
Tool w/ 1.5ah battery is 3lbs 15oz (per kitchen scale). With 3ah battery 4lbs 10oz. Seems to be weighted well, I didn't notice any fatigue after using it for roughly 4hrs on a step ladder with overhead use

How heavy was it? I am trying to build a greenhouse before winter.

Thank you. Looks like these blemished power tools have 3 yaar limited warranty
Warranties are a great selling point, but where the service center is located and how you get it there for service is more important. Maybe look up where the closest one is in your area for whatever brand. Some tools from all brands are just junk and spend more time in the service center than usage... and you don't want to be paying for shipping each time.
That said, Milwaukee is the only one I know of that pays shipping both ways for five years, but we have a DeWalt service center about a mile away and why we buy a lot of DeWalt.
Note: For Ryobi and a bit, or a lot unethical, I have heard of people that originally bought at HD, go buy a new one of same model at HD and return the bad one a week or two later in the new box for a refund. If just a return and not returned as bad, both HD and Lowes have the practice of putting returns back on the shelf, so inspect before buying.
Here's a youtube review that goes over its features and tests out it's performance https://youtu.be/aLPNsYINDh8
it's pretty good for a cordless stapler and very strong
