This is a repost of this offer, but as the price appears to have dropped to $399, I thought it was worth putting out there again. This is now so low I think I made a mistake or misread something, but I guess I'll leave it to the SD peeps to let me know.
And I have SWAC and don't qualify. I was frustrated at $549. Pretty pissed at $399.

I have t-mobile but can I use it ?
this is gsm unlocked. but like others above said, it requires a sprint account so it doesn't matter if it's unlocked or not unless u know someone with a sprint account willing to buy it for you
