Edit: If the rated noise level if honest then it isn't too bad in that regard. Note the rated pump life is very poor at just 350 hours.

Yeah I wouldn't try running a production shop with this but for the price, perfect for the home garage or someone doing some molding work. The next step is is the Campbell hausfeld 20g, kobalt, or husky and they're usually twice the price.
durability is questionable and psi is bad esp at 90psi.
With that compressor it will take about 8 minutes, it will take about 12 to fill to the 150 psi max.
Compare that to the similar priced HF models
the $100 8 gallon model has a significantly higher flow rate combined with a smaller 8 gallon tank and lower 125 max pressure. The down side is less tank capacity. However if gets up to a useful 100 psi in about 1 1/2 minutes. It's full in 2. The larger 21 gallon model takes a bit over 4 minutes to get to 100 psi and a bit over 5 min to get to full pressure. Yes, the difference between 150 psi and 125 is significant and if your intent is to blow out sprinklers then the 150 psi x 20 gallon tank is a winner vs 125 psi x 21 gallons.

The noise levels on the HF units isn't good but with a new air filter and a bit of rubber hose you can drop that so with less than $20 of parts the noise levels will probably be similar. The Ironton probably wins on noise (not an insignificant point) and it has the best air reserve but the price is it takes a lot longer to fill so once you use up that big tank you are going to be waiting longer for the pump to catch up. If you are a light duty, say 1 once a month, home user you might be better off with a smaller compressor that gets up to pressure faster. If you are a heavier user (air grinder, lot's of impact wrench use, lots of air gun) then once you run out of air in that big tank you are stuck waiting nearly twice as long for pressure to recover. That is also going to be hard on that pump which has a poor service life rating.
For about the same money I think the HF is a better buy. I'm not saying stay away but it wouldn't be my first choice for the money.
