Looks fancy for say a small officeor someone with hand issues...but I took one look at this and started laughing as I can see my kid playing around, getting goo gabs of this when "washing hands"

Touchless dispensing is great - you don't have to touch the dispenser when your hands are dirty.

Ignore the noise. If you think you'd use these, they're great. Counters are kept clean, no cross contamination, soap dispenses quickly, you can set how much soap comes out, don't need to use their refills, batteries last a long time. I have 7 of these for every sink in the house.

I bought mine around 5 years ago. No problems.

Can foaming soap be also used in these ? Do you buy only simple human soap or any brand works fine ?

Spoken like someone who can never be bothered to get their hands dirty on a regular basis.

I think they are too expensive for what they are, but to each his own. However, seven for every sink is ridiculous - one per sink would be sufficient.
