This is really confusing but it seems like you will get 25% back on a mastercard gift card and not something that NEEDS to be used at the Samsung.com website. I could be wrong though.

No, only devices purchased between September 20, 2020 and October 3, 2020 are eligible for this offer.
EDIT:nevermind that was for 55" not 65"
