The C-Start Smart Dimmer Switch adds smart bulb functionality to traditional bulbs and keeps smart bulbs smart. GE has both 3-wire and 4-wire switches (require neutral). Not sure which this is.

The specification says it does not require neutral. But one review mentioned it does require. Confused

Most of their new switches don't require a Neutral. I have two that don't, and one that does.
