It's gotten beyond bad

I started with the blue light blockers from jins eyeglasses (sorta works, reduces blue light by 25%). But these yellow tinted glasses are the bees knees. I use it to work in the dark and read my kindle. Don't use it for driving though.
The brand I bought before was different but I'm sure it's the same manufacturer but different label.
They work. I'm a software engineer and unfortunately not everything comes in dark mode. So switching from my IDE to the browser, you get hit with a flash of white light really stings the eyes.
