He is talking about 36 month Lease, so at $1309 + 7735 (221x35) = $~9,000 which does not look that great considering under $~6K Onepays I've seen on Leasehackr

If you live in San Francisco, and qualify for all 3 discounts, One dealer is advertising Onepays for $4800, which is ~ $133 a month. Not everyone qualifies, but life is not fair to begin with.
gotcha!

So my dealership has a 2020 Bolt LT with DC Fast Charger lease for $69/ Month with$3995 due at signing. Does that mean with the Costco offer, its $995 due at signing at $69/ month? Never done a lease before...

Try to call them and discuss. I think they would even offer to pay the last 2 months lease payment. Today I got all inclusive payment of 6100 USD. 10K Per Year for 36 Months. Hope will get the two rebates one 2000 and other one 800 from PGE
So Costco $3000 savings will be on top of $6100. Basically your net cost is $3100, of course you get $2000 CVRP rebate, so effective price is $1100 for 36 months. Is my math right? Seems like a super deal

I don't have a current lease, but am a Costco member and in the SF Bay Area, and was offered 6200 as a one pay, which I think is pretty good for not having a current lease.

Any advice here- can you negotiate the best price with dealer and then present this at the end of negotiations as an added incentive? If not, I wonder if dealers will just reflect this in what they would have already discounted during negotiations.

Sooooo. I was actually at a dealership yesterday and they one got a 1 star from me on google review for telling me a price that wasn't true.

Essentially you can get a base model for around $21k before taxes. I'm looking at a base model with drivers confidence packages (1 and 2) for around 22k if they don't add on their stupid $2,500 "accessory bundle that's mandatory and not included in final price I see online their site. The associate I spoke to at a different location two hours ago said he would give me a call right back with his bottom price after talking to a manager and still haven't so I think they just want me to go away.

I'm getting annoyed though because the first Chevy-owned dealership I visited yesterday (not a franchisee) said the deal stacked with costco and said the costco discount wasn't already included in the price and then when I got there they were like "oh whoops it was, our bad" when I asked multiple times. They said "we really want to make a deal with you" and I'm like, okay, sell me the car for $20k. They were like, How about this, we'll sell you the car for $25k but we'll give you $5k for trading in you car. That means you're only paying $20k. Then they said something along the lines of, how about we take $25 off each month's payment, but instead of paying it in 60 months you pay it in 80? Then I said give me my keys and I left.

And that's why I haven't even thought about purchasing a car in 7 years haha.

I bought a Bolt 12/22/20 LT Model , Blue w/ Driver Confidence Package 1&2 , Fast charge, 3552 miles on it, Demo model for $19,999 after costco rebate. $22,053.36 out the door. Signed up to true car for Sam's Club and PenFed credit Union (Separately) after I had decided on the car and where to buy from, received a loan through PenFed @1.39% for 36 months (Had to talk to the loan folks on the phone). And Sam's club gives you a Auto Repair Expense Reimbursement, Auto Deductible Reimbursement and Auto Expert Opinion through true car.
I live north of Houston, TX and found the best deal in Castroville, TX (outside of San Antonio) couldn't get any of the dealers around here to work with the prices. There is also a $2500 grant for buying a bolt from the state, Light Duty motor vehicle purchase or lease incentive program , TCEQ-582-20-10514-LD, limited number of grants, says online how many are left, they have phone number and get back to you fairly quickly. Can turn in for grant until the 7th of Jan. 2021, can turn in via email.

Is Costco $3k going to be extended? Seems like a lot of unsold 2020 Bolts, in Arizona at least

There are seas of 2020 Bolt EVs everywhere. Last year's tech and now more expensive than ever - it will be interesting to see what happens.

Is there still a tax credit on the 2020 Bolts?

No tax credit left on any GM or Tesla cars.
