I bought an identical looking one recently to finally get my data off of 10 year old ide drives. It works great and I get better speeds with this and reliability than sabrent usb 3 to sata adapter cables.

Anybody know if cloning software (e.g. Acronis) that comes with new drives has any issue seeing the USB-C? Some reports of "older" versions of Acronis not seeing USB 3.0, which is why I ask.
