I love cancer. In for a nonstick.
Why buy any all Clad? Odd questions, you are paying for quality not for the cheapest possible version of the item.
To prevent your grilled asparagus from turning parallel to the grates. I have lost a few stems this way.

The larger roaster was a no-brainer for the wife's cooking arsenal, thanks SD robo-dealfinder.

What's a better buy here? The non stick or the stainless? I feel the stainless will last longer but will it be a pain to clean all the time?

I do all my cooking on my BBQ and ended up buying one of each.. Tired of buying the thin walled stuff that lasts a couple of times and needs to be thrown away. Thanks..

Beer chicken!!! If you haven't had beer chicken you are missing out. I was a skeptic about the moistness and flavorful-ness of beer chicken at first myself.

Why not a non stick one for 1/2 price? Does this perform better or maybe it lasts longer?

Fox Run Vertical Chicken Roaster, Non-Stick,Black,5.5 x 5.5 x 7.5 inches https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000I1X...AFbB159JGH

Or this one for $11?

GrillPro 41331 Chrome Wire Chicken Roaster https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0062EC...AFb3P2KKSW

Or ceramic for under $10

Nonstick usually isn't metal safe, and getting nonstick up really high in temperature isn't recommended either
