I can imagine thinking that and having one of those "careful what you wish for" moments. It's ok though im sure 11 lbs will go quick haha. Thank you for the suggestion, here goes nothing...
edit: I don't see an unflavored option and the macros do not look that good to me. I usually try to find proteins with at most a 5:1 Calorie to Protein ratio. This is 130/21 which is 6.19.
This means that in order to have 150g of protein, I would consume an extra 179 Calories

Unflavored is the best. You get more protein compared to their flavored product. Plus you can flavor it as you prefer.
Unflavored is available with the whey isolate and whey impact types. Not this whey blend stuff apparently.

I haven't tried the impact blend before, I usually go with their whey. The blend seems to be midway between the whey and isolate as far as macros go.
Looks like this impact blend doesn't offer unflavored, for those wondering.

Protein per serving, 19 grams of protein, 100 calories
Blend per service, 21 grams of protein, 130 calories
Protein is 4 calories per gram.
18 grams of protein per 100 calories. A gram of protein is 4 calories. 18 x 4 = 72. So there is 28 calories of not protein in 1 scoop. And that is for flavored. It goes to 20 calories of not protein in the unflavored.
I'm still waiting on my last order of isolate from over 3 weeks ago. Be prepared for delays on this as well if you order
