Not bashing this but the best deal is buy it on New Year's Day. I think it's $125 or something. Forget the amount but I bought it on my Camry 3 years ago. I get aligned every 6 months because a rear wheel always gets out.
I bought it on our sienna new years 2019. Aligned it two times so far. Will do it yearly. The service is hit and miss but worth it. Demand the printout. If they say they don't have it then tell them align it again and print this time.
Not worth it.
1) Will only do OEM alignments halfa$$
2) Always finds a reason to replace parts not covered in order to do alignment: i.e. needs new camber bolts, etc

Are they even open new year's day? Most places are closed!?!

I've had a pleasant experience. In Socal there are always 3-4 within 20 miles of each other and at least 1 of them is guaranteed to let you do "custom specs". Just be persistent in what specifications you want, e.g. -.5 camber and 0 toe, and most of the time the SA will let you write it on the print out and the most of the time the tech will actually hit the marks. I've done over 15 alignments and they never tried to sell me any parts. Just be friendly to the person at the counter and if you show them you know a little bit about cars they won't try to upsell you much. I know of 3 Firestone in Socal that will let you do whatever specification you want, I had camber plates on my car and I told them to set it at -2.5 and the tech actually knew what he was doing so its really YMMV. Just be friendly and if they don't get it where you want try it it again with another tech or another location.

Yes
I bought this about 3-4 years back when it was a FP deal on here.
There's two near me and the closer one could not align my wife's CRV correctly. They couldn't even center the steering wheel, it was very annoying.
The further one did a better job but it still wasn't the same as when I'd take it to either the dealership or a local shop I like. We've since sold the CRV and I never had the inclination to get this "deal" again for our cars.

Yeah its super YMMV, especially if you don't give them specifics. If you tell them what camber and toe measurements you want they will do a lot better. Generally you want -.25 to -.5 in the front on both sides, close to 0 toe; -.5 to -1 in the rear (or whatever the manufacturer sets) and close to 0 toe as well. 99% of techs at every big chain store will just get each corner independently into the "green" which means its within a wide tolerance set by the manufacturer and call it a day. Its more important to match side to side especially on toe to have a car that tracks somewhat straight.
Either way, I've found that most cars don't need to get aligned very often as long as people are avoid curbs and potholes. I've gone 2 years (20k) between alignments and it my car barely changed.
I got mine for $99 about 15 years ago for an older mini van, they stopped trying to upsell me un-necessary "repairs" years ago. Always puts a smile on my face to stick it back to them.
As others said, the quality varies greatly from location to location, and the mechanic too. Always ask for printout upfront.
yeah quality of service is location YMMV but this isn't a great price. It's ........everyday "discounted" price.
Good price is usually under $150 for lifetime when it's on sale about 3-4x a year and maybe can stack with some coupons to bring it down like some have mentioned.

I've never seen it that low. Where do you watch for these sales?
