Doesn't seem like that much of a slickdeal, I ordered one from Amazon for $88 in January.

Current deals are for less than $100.

On a different note, these things are awesome for sissy squats. Great way to really target the quad development with minimal weights.

The Amazon one doesn't have the lumbar extension and side bending option.

Good observation; I didn't catch that before.

Yikes.... no reason to buy this - for many reasons. In fact, if you don't know what you're doing it can cause bad form on some of the exercise - and if you do know what you're doing you realize why this is a waste of money.

the one thing this machine would be good for is back extensions. that's if it's sturdy enough to hold.

edit: pretty amazing that every one of the recent posted deals this staff member has posted contains a discount. i wonder how much profit SD generates....

Can't you do most of these with furniture you already have at home?

The angles on this thing are all wrong for many of the depicted exercises. Would likely cause more harm/injury than good.

Yea this is a piece of shit. tl;dr you're paying $115 for a crappy push up and sit up base, and this product teaches incorrect exercise mechanics. You can get a full pull up stand that has dip handles for this approximate price. If you're at least at an intermediate level of resistance training, it's intuitive and obvious that this equipment is largely garbage. If not, then you should not purchase this $115 waste of metal. This is basically a 3:00 AM infomercial product.

GOOD exercise is supposed to be SAFE. Exercise is safe when your MECHANICS are correct and won't increase your risks for injury. This product DOES NOT promote good exercise.

i) handles for push ups, not bad, but you can use dumbbells or $10 of wood.
ii) squat mechanics this shows is plain shit, the photo on costway actually shows someone doing the start of a decent squat as incorrect (lmfao), if you ACTUALLY want to learn how to squat safely, this is a good link: https://www.strongerbyscience.com/how-to-squat/, doing body weight squats that will engage your entire body is safer and more effective than doing some farked up squat on a cushion that locks your lower legs
iii) back extension is technically fine, but the range of motion in which you'll actually utilize the spinal erectors is like a tiny arc, you might as well just grab gallon jugs in each hand and do deadlifts for a complete exercise
iv) one legged lunge, you literally just need a chair or cushion to do this
v) sit ups are not a terrific abdominal exercise, you can do any assortment of core exercises without equipment that will be infinitely better than traditional sit ups, which btw, when anchored will be using a great deal of hip flexors, and like 99% of people you see doing sit ups are just putting unnecessary stress on their spines
vi) hooks for bands is not bad

Ok, so now anything that is fitness equipment - no matter how sh*tty - is a "deal" simply because it's in stock.
