Bought this for $49.99 plus $7 shipping back in July and this is a very bright light. I'm still in the hunt for an inexpensive battery deal.

I got the same deal in July, I got the "compatible batteries" from Eby and they work great, half the price.

Thanks for the info. I looked for an adapter for Dewalt or Milwaukee batteries but didn't find one for $20 or less. Can you provide the link of the battery you purchased? I would like to get one where someone already tried. Thanks!

I bought two back in July and they are fantastic. I am well invested in the Ridgid system so I have many batteries. While this is not the absolute lowest price, it is still great if you are in need of lighting. You do not even need to us this light at its brightest setting to get good coverage.

I have all RIDGID tools and tons of batteries. I can't think of a reason I would need this though... someone convince me.

I strongly recommend you still register for LSA if you have yet to do it. You must do it within 90 days of purchase.

I also got the July deal after waiting many months for a deal. I couldn't be happier with these lights. Like others I am well invested in the platform as well, so this was an easy deal.

In preparation of buying these lights I also bought 2 of the Ridgid tripods that were on closeout as well. Match made in heaven.

This light is fantastic. I've used it working on my car in the engine bay and underneath, working in the attic, working on the fence when it got dark. It worked great working on the fence due to the huge amount of light it puts out

Since you have lots of batteries, think of this as a battery holder. You need it.

Picked two up a couple of months ago for $50. Nice and bright and basically got 2 for 1 brand new lights. Need the tripod now.

First it's half off. I bought one at 50 and decided I might as well get a second. Multiple ways to mount it and useful for projects or backup lighting. Being a hybrid is handy so you can just plug an extension to it when movement is not necessary.

If only they would have had a handle on the top, that's the biggest con to a lot of us.

The only real problem with this light, is no carry handle. Awkward to pick up and move.
