Still $15 in my area. How many weeks until it starts spreading?

I went last Saturday. One local store was showing 6+ on Brickseek but I didn't see anything in the display cases, nor was there a clearance section.

I didn't ask anybody. It wasn't really worth it to me anyways.

The same store is showing 6+ right now. It's the only one in the area that supposedly had them.

Don't waste your time looking for these. These have been on clearance for a while and people grabbed these when the price started to drop from $59 to $30.

In addition that, the reviews are also not so good. The Walmart inventory showing 6+ in not accurate.

This is insane. I remember a couple years ago I bought a 500GB Samsung SSD for ~$115 and that was considered a steal.

Several around me but I already have one and I'm not a reseller so pass. Thumbs up, though. 👌

Brickseek is hit or miss, I went to 2 different Wal-Mart's , one said 6+ available, the other said limited stock. Both stores had been sold out for while. On the flip side I've gotton some great deals when Brickseek said they were sold out, like a self propelled electric 21" lawn mower for $85. There were 5 of them! Checking the next day Brickseek still showing 0 available so I went back and bought them all. You never know.

Unfortunately, no. Manufacturers have gotten cheap and just straight up solder the USB 3.0 ports directly onto the portable SSD/HDD. I miss the days when you can shuck portable HDD's and SSD's.

Even though they are not shuckable, this is a very good price for what is essentially a 480gb USB flash drive. I am a little bit concerned with some of the reviews for this drive on Amazon, especially when it comes to the longevity and reliability of this portable drive.

Ffs stop posting these deals. Every trip to Walmart is just a disappointment. Last time a walmart employee told me I'm the 7th person to ask about this PNY 480 GB (she remembered the exact name). They were all out and yet brickseek showed 6+ in stock.

I'm just ranting here. I'm sure it helped a few people out but I'll be salty until walmart enforces a limit per customer.
