Decent deal. For comparison the 11gal at Harbor Freight is $42 ($34 w/ coupon). I have a few, swap out the hardware and turn into extra volume for my 5gal compressor.

I did the same with a 7 gal aluminum tank from HF for my 2 gal CAT compressor. Reading the reviews for this Husky tank, sounds like that's a fairly common application for these portable tanks.
Do these have a drain valve at the the bottom like my 30 gallon compressor has? I'm concerned with leaving air in it and it gets condensation/water at the inside bottom of the tank.

Not according to the instructions:

Could I hook this up to a pancake 1-2 gallon compressor and winterize my all-poly tubing garden irrigation system? Any feedback would be very greatly appreciated.

So you run the output from the compressor into this new tank with a back flow valve I suppose then a tee and that is your new output from the tee which drives your tools? And you then get 7g + (original tank) volume? And original compressor is not cycling until when, the 7G goes below set psi?

With my aux tank connected, my usable capacity goes from 2 gal to 9 gal. So the compressor runs for longer periods but less frequently. More surge capacity for large tools like impacts.
Attached a picture of my tank plumbing. When it's connected to my compressor, the short hose attaches to the compressor by way of the two way male fitting. The in-use air hose and tools connect to the silver chuck on the left side.
But it's made to be modular, so I can still use the portability of the aux tank. I remove the long hose from the silver chuck and then carry the tank around, using the short hose for the tool(s).
The whole system could be made simpler with less fittings if one never intended to remove the aux tank and it was permanently added to the host compressor.
