Flip the console by itself and keep the joycons and dock for the next switch you buy.
There is fan speculation that there will be a Pro version of the Switch in 2021 that will be capable of 4K and better frame rates. That same speculation also speculates that it would be non-portable and guess at a March 2021 release.

I will say that people have been saying the Switch Pro has been coming for 3 years now, don't waste your time chasing what doesn't exist. And the Rev 2
Switch is barely worth the "upgrade"
Switch is not competing with ps or Xbox. It's a mobile gaming system.
You would have made a better argument if you said a bunch of cloud gaming service are being announced.
And you can use those with mobile devices like iPhone/iPad or android. Laptops are too bulky
