Laptop crashes literally every single day during zoom meeting. That's not at all an exaggeration. Hard reboot during a live meeting is so embarrassing specially when it happens every single time.
Getting a replacement is hell. Spent a few days with different tech support when they couldn't figure anything out they said they'll escalate it to a higher department....guess what they didn't. I called back after a few days and found out it never went anywhere
Then finally they escalated it, but have to wait 5 business days for a decision, then probably another week or 2 (or more since it was a custom built) for a replacement. I asked for a refund but since its just after 30 days will also probably not happen and they might give me a replacement (will sell the replacement so I could finally move on with my life)
