FWIW, this is a Non Valve NIOSH N95 cup mask sold by COSTCO in bulk. Hopefully this info can help anyone in need. I also did homework and found the CDC/NIOSH approval link and OEM info link for this mask, if anyone is interested in.

I have read too way too many horror stories about certification fraud with factories in China so when at all possible, I stay away from China made medical, food and other health related items.
If you look hard enough 3M masks are starting to become available again and for the price they are charging for these masks, going with 3M masks is a no brainer.

If you look hard enough masks from 3M, Honeywell and other major US manufacturers can be found online. For the price they are charging for these Made in China marks, going instead for product made by a reputable US company is a no brainer.
Honeywell is made overseas too but not China, I've missed out on any I've tried to get to date but I'm still at it.
