Yeah, there's a lot of shovelware in there, but there are some gems too even if they're not everyone's cup of tea. There's a lot of Data East arcade game ports, some Sega AGES ports, Not Tonight (a game about a post brexit world that's got shades of Papers, Please for gameplay), Puyo Puyo Champions, Duke Nukem 3D, Skulls of the Shogun, Kero Blaster, Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon, Blaster Master Zero, Snake Pass, Mighty Gunvolet Burst, and a bunch of other titles I've heard of and seem to be popular but I haven't personally tried.

But there was nothing in the dollar or less category that jumped out at me as being of a reasonable quality, even for the low price of a dollar or less.

Thanks, it wouldn't let me post the link on mobile. I was able to update it on a PC. It should be the proper link now, the games that are on sale under $1

And yes, I know many of these are garbage, just looking for some opinions on if any of them are actually decent games.

Planning to get a Switch next week and figured some of these cheap games would be decent for my kids, ages 3, 6, 9.

I already have some preowned games coming from Gamestop's 4 under $14.99 for $30 deal. Trine 4, Civilization VI, Farming Simulator 2019, and Tiny Barbarians.

Apparently I can't buy Switch games through the website if I don't have a linked Switch.

Gamestop has been the best bet for me for Switch deals for B2G1 preowned and some other sales. I've gotten a few digital deals, but mostly it's been Gamestop preowned.

If you just gotta have something now, Walmart is usually $50 instead of $60, at least.

Most of these games are hot garbage. Probably even free on mobile.

I decided to pick up Space Ribbon; for me it seemed worth the price to check it out with some friends and some drinks.

Got Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour for $4.99 from the second link. Can't find a physical version for Switch and it is full price ($9.99) at the big box retailers. The rest seems to be meh.

I would say Hyper Sentinel is a pretty good game for 61 cents, particularly if you like retro stuff. Picked up Akane a while back for 99 cents, however I haven't played that one much.
