Sheds have been a little harder to find in store due to covid projects (I guess). Just got this one delivered, even though estimates are mid October, mine took just under a week and came in an 18 wheeler. it's a BIG box, 380lbs but they wheeled it right to the spot for me.
I haven't built it yet, but seems a good deal for $499 + $55 in shipping. it's resin so should survive and age well.
shows sold out citywide (austin, 78731) for me… and my local home depot that shows $499 is #6570.

Thanks, OP! Delivery is set for 20 Oct so I have some time to assemble materials for the base.
All-in-all, it's a good shed. Just make sure to place it on a level surface and you'll be fine. Give yourself at least a day to put it together, and better if there are two people to assemble it. I did mine by myself and the roof and side panels were a headache.
I've tried doing the workshops twice now and both times the links they sent me to join the class don't work in the days class is in session.
