bought one of these for my son...after a month, the S and D keys stopped working reliably. They had a great warranty (2yr), so a replacement was sent out. Within 2 weeks, the A and D keys on the replacement stopped working. He's a gamer, so obviously WASD get more use, but i expected better use. Rather than replace the replacement, they refunded the original amount. Just one owner's experience.

This keyboard, in blue switch, has been my daily driver for a long time. I'm a programmer who likes audible and tactile resistance on keypresses, and for that it's perfect. I don't know how good it would be for 'gaming', at least the blue switch version I have, but for typing it's my second favorite. My favorite are the old buckling spring keyboards. My wife asked me to retire the Unicomp because it was just too loud, and being a reasonable human I could agree. In short, Aukey makes great keyboards.

If only they had a Brown Switch version. That'd be an insta-cop. Otherwise, great price!

There's a lot of personal preference in switch preference. Some love blues, some hate them.

Good to know. I already ordered it and I guess we will try it out.
My son (in the older child range) games and starting to stream. [but I do the video editing, administer the channel, etc..]

Is this a waste if I'm just looking for a keyboard for a family desktop? Not really for gaming, although family members might occasionally game on it
