If you have super sensitive skin, this stuff is amazing. It's definitely very thick and a little goes a long way, but it definitely does the job without irritating for me at least. I use it at night since it's a bit thicker and it's made a big difference for me with my dryness. This and Cerave are the only two moisturizers I can use and even cerave can be irritating to me if that tells you anything.

It's also great for dry hands/elbows/etc for winter for my husband and daughter and a jar will last you forever and a day.

If you have severely dry skin or mild eczema, this and the cerave (also a frontpage deal) will do wonders. Use twice a day and it will keep it at bay!!!

This stuff is awesome and recommended by my dermatologist. I already have 2 of these pump containers or I would get some more.

I had asked my dermatologist what was a good facial moisturizer that won't give me zits and without hesitation he said "Vanicream lite!" so that's how I started buying it. I use the lite on my face and the regular everywhere else, I get facial zits really easily.

Winters are right at the corner and this cream is amazing. Suffering from excessive eczema in winters I ordered one pump of it.

This is the only thing that worked down there without any irritation.

My first dermatologist couldn't figure out why nothing was healing. For 5 months he tried to treat me for "fungal" infections.

I got tired of him, so I went to a 2nd derm. He said there's no infection, just need to use the most basic soap and lotion. He recommended Vanicream, and that's the only thing that worked. Aveeno and Cerave did not work, still caused irritation.

Thanks OP and other users. I really hope this works for me like it has for y'all. I've been trying so many different lotions with no luck.

We've used it on our three kids to prevent eczema and it works great.

The flat-bottomed, pump bottle needs to be redesigned. It leaves a good 15-20% star in the bottom and you end up having to scoop it out. Still worth it but annoying.

Do you drink dihydrogen monoxide or is that too chemical-y?
