I also asked about my order since it was shipped the 21st with no further updates and they said to give it up to 3 more days since it had to ship from their warehouse.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered on Sept 24th and shipped on 25th, no updates since then.

I've ordered a few small TV's, and those get shipped out immediately.
But any TV that is 55" or larger takes them a solid 4-5 weeks to deliver it.
